Persona: Exploring Self-Portraiture

“Persona: Exploring Self-Portraiture” is an upcoming exhibition at Forest Lawn Museum that features the work of more than 20 contemporary artists as well as historical self-portraits. The exhibition probes the limits of self-portraiture and examines the concept of visually representing the self. “Persona” features paintings, sculptures, photographs, prints, fused glass, textile art, illustrations, and more!

Opening reception: Join us for the opening reception on Saturday, April 26 from 5-7:30 PM at Forest Lawn Museum. The FREE event will include complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres, live music, and remarks from the curator. Email museum@forestlawn.com to RSVP.

Hours and Directions: Forest Lawn Museum is open Tues-Sun, 10 AM-5 PM. The museum address is 1712 S. Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA 91205. Enter the main gate and proceed up the hill. Follow signs to the museum, which is located at the top of the hill. Admission and parking are free.
